Humza Tabani is a socially conscious professional committed to inclusion, accessibility, and the empowerment of marginalized communities, particularly the Deaf community in Pakistan. He actively supports initiatives that promote Deaf leadership, equal opportunities, and the recognition of sign language as a fundamental right. His association with the Pakistan Association of the Deaf (PAD) reflects his belief in a society where Deaf persons are fully included in education, employment, healthcare, and social development. As a Patron, Mr. Humza Tabani lends credibility, visibility, and public support to PAD’s mission, helping advocate for the rights of the Deaf community. In his role as an Advisory Board Member, he provides strategic guidance, shares professional expertise, and supports institutional growth while upholding the principle of “Led by the Deaf, For the Deaf.” His collaborative approach and understanding of social responsibility make him a valuable contributor to PAD’s leadership and vision.

Dr. Saira Bano is a highly respected healthcare professional, media personality, and social advocate with over 33 years of experience in medicine, wellness, and community development. She has dedicated her career to promoting health awareness, education, and social empowerment across Pakistan. As Patron of the Pakistan Association of the Deaf (PAD), Dr. Bano has consistently supported initiatives for Deaf inclusion, women’s empowerment, and public health awareness. Her leadership, guidance, and unwavering presence have played a vital role in strengthening PAD’s mission and outreach. She is widely recognized for her contributions to healthcare education, media advocacy, and humanitarian services and has received multiple awards for her outstanding work in women’s empowerment and social development.

Mr. Shahzad Mobin is a distinguished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, and sectoral development. As an active Advisory Board Member of the Pakistan Association of the Deaf (PAD), he provides valuable guidance and insight, helping strengthen the organization’s mission, sustainability, and partnerships between the social and corporate sectors.

Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan is the Country Head of Salman Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. He is also an active Advisory Board Member of the Pakistan Association of the Deaf (PAD), providing strategic guidance and supporting initiatives for the empowerment and inclusion of the Deaf community in Pakistan.

Dr. Saqib Minhas (MDS Training, Dow University of Health Sciences) is a renowned dentist with over 13 years of expertise in cosmetic, restorative, and general dentistry. Formerly a faculty member at Dow University of Health Sciences, he combines clinical excellence with research and teaching experience. As a Patron of the Pakistan Association of the Deaf (PAD), he actively champions oral health and hygiene for the Deaf community, empowering individuals with care, confidence, and dignity.
