PAD Youth Leadership Training
Pakistan Association of the Deaf (PAD) has taken a strong initiative to empower Deaf youth through leadership training. PAD believes that Deaf youth are not only future leaders but also agents of positive change in society.
Through the PAD Youth section, young Deaf individuals are provided opportunities to learn and develop essential leadership skills. This training helps them build confidence, responsibility, communication skills, and decision-making ability.
The leadership program focuses on:
- Self-confidence and personal development
- Teamwork and community participation
- Public speaking and effective communication
- Understanding rights, responsibilities, and advocacy
- Preparing youth to represent the Deaf community at different platforms
PAD aims to create independent, confident, and responsible Deaf leaders who can actively participate in social, educational, and professional environments. This initiative ensures that Deaf youth are included, heard, and prepared to lead for a better and inclusive future.
