Pakistan Sign Language (PSL) Classes
Learning Pakistan Sign Language (PSL) is a fundamental right of every Deaf individual. However, in Pakistan—especially in rural and underserved areas—many Deaf people still do not have access to sign language education. As a result, they face serious communication barriers in their daily lives.
To address this need, the Pakistan Association of the Deaf (PAD) actively works on the research, development, and promotion of Pakistan Sign Language. PAD’s Sign Language researchers continuously develop new signs and work to standardize and spread PSL across the country.
PAD conducts Pakistan Sign Language classes for both Deaf and hearing individuals, promoting inclusive communication between Deaf people, their families, and the wider society.
